PUSH AND PULL
Push and pull is about all the stuff you can push and all the stuff that you can pull
the deference between push and pull is to push something away from you sort of like you walking away from someone else and pull is like pulling some thing towards you like someone walking towards you.

Giraffe myth
Giraffe why does it have along neck
So the legend says when the giraffe did not have a long neck it kinda looked like a horse so it could only get the leaves it could reach and when the giraffe could not reach anymore leaves the giraffe thought that it could never ever get anymore leaves and will have to starve.
But then it saw more leaves but it got confused because it was so low and in a round kind of shape like a circle and the giraffe was so hungry so it didn't care it ate all it could until there was no more left and the giraffe was still really really hungry so went and looked for some more.
Until it found a whole with a bunch of leaves the same shape of the other bush it was so full and the giraffe just needed a little more leaves so then is saw some more leaves write in the middle so the giraffe stuck its head in it and got stuck and the giraffe still tried to get the leaves.
Until the giraffe heard a predator coming the giraffe got so scared he pulled and pulled with all of his strength until his neck got longer and longer he finally pulled his head out and it was really long but the giraffe was happy because it could reach the tall leaves on the tall trees.
And that is how the Giraffe ha a long neck

Cross Country 2018
Cross Country 2018
We arrived at cross country it looked so harder than training big mountains muddy puddles man no wonder why we had to train every single day for this I heard a countdown 5,4,3,2,1 GO!!! I started running the medium of my speed just so I don't run out of breath.
I don't run out of breath here we go I said up the mountain through the muddy puddles just as I was going past a zoo looking thing BOOM!!! I heard a gate open and something orange from the corner of my eye AAA!!! I screamed RUN!!! something is chasing me.
I ran as fast as I could running past a lot of people that i thought wow this animal is actually helping me. I'm gonna make it I'm gonna win but then I forgot about something the field it was HUGE I said to myself well i’ll just have to deal with it.
So there I went taking a BIG breath I pecked around my back and I had good news and bad news the good news is that the animal was gone but the bad news was that so much people was catching up to me.
So I started to run as fast as i could and there it was the finish line calling out my name come on cross me you can do it but I was to busy day dreaming that even more people was catching up to me so I started running as fast as a cheetah and yes FIRST PLACE.
